Background: Dahlia Heimertz gave birth to Jazz and her twin brother, Emmett three years after Edgar & Ellen stopped Stephanie and Heimertz rescued his circus family. When they were born, their parents, Nod and the Irregulars were very happy, surprised and kinda amused about this. Edgar & Ellen, in the other hand, were delighted to have another set of twins around and teached them everything about pranks, booby traps and how to make their enemies life miserable.
Their mother is strict with them (but not too much) while their father lets them do whatever they want. Emmett is very cold and mean while Jazz is very sweet and kind (but not like the people in Nod's Limbs) but they both love pranks, booby traps and admire Edgar and Ellen. The people in Nod's Limbs avoid them and their parents due to their relationship with the twins but they don't care.
